Order of Business
I do
not get paid or compensated for blogging or reviewing books. My reviews are on
books that I purchased and are my personal copies (print or e-books), borrowed from friends,
checked out at my local library, Advanced Readers Copyies (ARCs) or provided by the author or publisher
for free in exchange for an honest review.
To
Publishers and Authors:
I would
love to read and review your books, whether they are new releases or have been out for months.

book is in the middle of the series, I’d like to read the ones before so I
completely understand the book I’m reviewing. I would be happy to post reviews
on the previous books also if you’d like.

Formats
I
accept ARCs and finished copies in print, pdf or mobi format for my Kindle.
My acceptance
of an ARC or copy of your book is not a guarantee of a review on the blog.
My
Reviews
Published
reviews reflect my personal opinion. There aren’t many books that I can say I
absolutely hated. I’ll give an honest review whether it is positive or
negative. I will never slander or trash an author or their work.
If I
dislike a book, I have the right to not finish it and not review it. If I can’t
finished the book for one reason or another, or if it’s taking me longer to get
through than expected, I will let you know.
All
reviews will be posted on Goodreads and Amazon. If you would like me to post it
somewhere else, just let me know. If you
would like to use part of a review for your publicity, please contact me first.

Timetable
All
review copies will be reviewed as soon as possible while integrated into my
personal reading schedule (i.e. books that I have purchased for review). If it is for a book tour, I will have the review completed and guaranteed for publish on the agreed-upon date. I will attempt to
contact you when the book review is scheduled to post and provide the link. If for some reason I'm not able to read and review the book by the scheduled date, I will let you know as soon as possible.
What
Happens to the Books after My Review
If I
absolutely loved it, I keep it. If the review copy is a final published version
in print, I pass it along to my local public library. If it is a printed ARC, those are up for giveaways after the publication
date. Review copies will be returned only if the author/publisher provides a
SASE.
Blog Tours
I will be happy to participate in your blog tour for cover reveals, release dates, or other special tours you have. I can post author interviews, top 10 lists, excerpts, cast photos, book trailers, and giveaways, or anything else you'd like me to post. Please contact me to schedule a blog stop.
Beta
Read
I would
be happy to do a beta read for you either on content or to find other errors. I
would like to have enough time to do a thorough read through, but if you need
it back rather quickly, please let me know.
